Withdrawing your affiliate balance: the minimum, the request and what happens next

The short answer: the commissions you earn accumulate in your affiliate balance. When the balance reaches a minimum amount, the Request Withdrawal button appears on the Affiliates screen. Pressing it sends the request to our team, who contact you to arrange the payment. Below that amount the balance is not lost: it keeps growing.

What each number means

On the Affiliates screen What it is
Commissions Pending Maturation Commissions that have not yet moved to the available balance.
Available Commissions Balance What you can withdraw once the minimum is reached.
Total Amount Withdrawn What has been paid to you so far.
The minimum amount It is written on the screen itself, before you can ask: “You will be able to request a withdrawal as soon as your balance reaches the minimum required amount of...”. It differs from currency to currency; that is why we do not write it here.

How to ask

1 Log in to Meu Interweb and open Affiliates.
2 Check the available balance. If it is still below the minimum, the button does not appear and the screen tells you what is missing to reach it.
3 Press “Request Withdrawal”. A message appears saying your request has been submitted and that you will be contacted shortly.
4 Answer our contact. We agree the payment method with you and confirm the details. Check that your e-mail and phone are right: How to update your registration details.
5 After the payment, the amount moves into “total withdrawn” and the available balance goes down.
We never ask for passwords or codes. To pay, all that is needed is to agree the method and the receiving details. Distrust anyone writing in our name who asks for more than that, and see How to check if a notice is real. The payment method and the time depend on each case and are agreed in the contact: we do not promise them in advance.
Each country has its own tax rules for those who receive commissions. Ask whoever handles your taxes: we cannot advise on that here.
